Marsden Engineering (MEA) is the sole proprietorship of Steven L. Marsden, professional Engineer. After working for another large Civil Engineering/Surveying Company he opened his own doors for business in the summer of 1990. A Summa-Cum-Laude graduate from Lowell University, he brings to his company both expertise in the engineering field as well as an eye for development. This allows him to make recommendations to his clients based on the highest profit-yielding scenario as opposed to the most intensive engineering project. Being a land developer himself, he can look at a potential site, offer recommendation based on a cost benefit ratio. He then takes his clients through each phase of the project until completion.
